1. General Rules

Unless otherwise stated in the rules, all 9xbet promotions are valid for the current year only.

All bonuses or monetary rewards are non-transferable.

9xbet reserves the right to conduct selective marketing activities, applicable to a specific group of customers. The right to participate in the promotion is not transferable.

Promotions are for entertainment purposes only. 9xbet may change, modify or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

For some promotions, participation may be automatic or default. Members can refuse by contacting Customer Care.

Once a bonus or reward is received, the member is deemed to have agreed to all Terms & Conditions of the program.

2. Definition & Valid Bets

Valid bets are bets that have been successfully placed and have resulted in a win or loss. Draw, cancelled or void bets will not be counted.

Sports bets with odds below 0.7 (Hong Kong) or 1.7 (Decimal/Europe) or bets that do not involve risk will not be considered valid.

The turnover requirement for the promotion will start after the bonus is credited to the account.

Some promotions may require the turnover to be completed within a certain period of time. If not met, 9xbet reserves the right to revoke the bonus and all profits generated.

The turnover requirement will be reset when the account balance falls below VND 10,000.

3. Withdrawal Conditions

Players can only withdraw money when they have completed all the requirements of the promotion.

Failure to meet the conditions will result in the withdrawal of the bonus and the profits earned from that bonus.

4. Prohibited actions in the promotion

9xbet strictly prohibits the following actions:

I. Bonus Abuse

• Register multiple accounts to receive bonuses multiple times.
• Use fake information (email, phone number, bank account, anonymous IP...).
• Manipulate betting rounds using "safe bets" to withdraw bonuses without taking real risks.

II. Cross Betting

Members or groups of members agree to place opposite bets (e.g., the same match but bet on 2 opposite sides) to complete the promotional betting turnover without risk.

III. Syndicate Betting

Many members coordinate in groups to exploit and profit from the promotion program.

Split accounts, rotate bonuses or collude in betting.

Processing: If the above behaviors are detected, 9xbet has the right to immediately:

• Cancel all bonuses and related profits.
• Recover the remaining balance in the related account.
• Permanently close or lock the account.
• Ban participation in all future promotions.

5. Rules for participation & Restrictions

• Players must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
• 9xbet reserves the right to request identification, verification of identity, age or source of funds at any time.
• If a member fails to cooperate in verification, 9xbet reserves the right to revoke the bonus and remaining balance.
• Each promotion is limited to one participation per individual/family/address/email/phone number/bank account/IP address/device.
• If multiple accounts, fraud, or profiteering are detected, 9xbet reserves the right to lock the account and revoke all benefits.

6. Rights & obligations

Members are responsible for protecting account information.

When participating in the promotion, members by default allow 9xbet to use relevant information and data (according to security regulations) for marketing purposes, without authorization or payment.
